Custom Designed New Homes

Why a Custom Designed Home?

A custom designed home gives you the flexibility to build the dream home you have wanted. Don’t be locked into someone else’s ideas about what makes a perfect home. With this flexibility you will be able to create something truly unique, that has been specifically designed for you and your family and the land it is being built on.

If you already have plans for your new home we can turn these plans into your stunning new home. If you are unsure about the design and floorplan we can also assess them and provide recommendations where required.

Things to consider

  • Make sure the house suits the land – especially if it is an unusual block – eg sloping
  • Make sure living spaces face the right direction – ie not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter
  • Analyse how you and your family live to make sure everyone has enough space and privacy
  • Put together an essentials list of you must have in your new home to make sure it does not get forgotten – eg butler’s pantry, oversized showers etc
  • Don’t forget the interior – eg high quality appliances, floor coverings etc

Extensions & Renovations

Why Extend your Home?

If you have recently fallen out of love with your home then maybe extending and renovating it is the answer. It may be that you have just outgrown it. If this is the case, then getting an extension is a great choice to add some new bedrooms, home office or even just move living space for your family to enjoy time together.

By extending your home, you don’t have to worry about selling your home with the associated costs. It also means that you can stay in the community that you enjoy living in.

Things to consider

  • What you want from your new space – eg do you want it more light filled
  • Whether you want the extension to complement or contrast your existing home
  • Are you intending to extend upstairs or on existing land
  • Whether there are any design features from your existing home that you want to carry through to the extension
  • Don’t forget about the interior and how you would like it finished
  • If you would prefer to move out during the renovations

Knock Down & Rebuild

Why Knock Down and Rebuild?

If you love where you live but hate your home, then consider a knock down and rebuild. Alternatively, you may have found a great block in an established area you want to live, but the house on it isn’t the home of your dreams. Again, a knock down and rebuild is the answer.

Don’t let an ugly house get in the way of building the luxury home you have always wanted. This option means you don’t have to compromise – you can create something truly unique and completely yours.

Things to consider

  • Look at your current house and work out what you would like in your new home – eg more bedrooms, outdoor entertaining area, home office, storage etc and incorporate into the plans for your new home
  • Look at what features you like (if any) in your current home and if you would like to incorporate them into your new home
  • Make sure the new house will suit the land – especially if it is an unusual block – eg sloping
  • Make sure living spaces face the right direction – ie not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter
